About this role

This job is responsible for a variety of services to Bank of America employees and clients while traveling on the company aircraft. Key responsibilities include preparation and execution of cabin service to all passengers ensuring a safe and pleasant flight.

Travels worldwide on corporate aircraft and performs the duties of a Flight Attendant. Responsible for all levels of cabin service and ensures the highest level of safety and service are achieved as they relate to passenger and cabin safety, medical requirements, meal service and special requests.

Work occurs in a dynamic crew environment requiring excellent CRM skills and the ability to operate independently. Interaction with senior executives demands strong customer service to maintain control of the cabin atmosphere during long international flights.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 3-5 years' experience as a Flight Attendant (preferred Corporate Aviation – Part 91 experience)
  • Certified Flight Attendant Training at accredited organization (Medaire, Flight Safety international, FACTS)
  • Proficiency/currency in emergency evacuation procedures and medical-related training
  • Experience in large cabin corporate aircraft cabin service, catering and food preparation
  • Excellent customer service skills and the ability to interact comfortably with senior level executives
  • Ability to travel on long-duration international flights
  • Possess a valid U.S. Passport
  • Must be located within Charlotte, NC within 75 minutes of the Charlotte airport or willing to relocate within 75 minutes of the Charlotte airport

Responsibilities

  • Provide cabin safety support, including emergency aircraft briefings and emergency response.
  • Provide for the care and comfort of passengers traveling on the corporate aircraft.
  • Plan and procure creative meals that meet strict dietary needs and ensure adequate commissary supplies and food are stored before every flight.
  • Perform collateral duties as required.
  • Maintain thorough knowledge of the operation of all cabin systems and appliances and ensure their appropriate condition and function for flight.
