About this role

The Flight Attendant is responsible for the safe and secure conduct of all assigned flights while providing a high level of service and comfort. This full-time, onsite role is based at Teterboro Airport, with preference for applicants within one hour.

Pre-flight duties include reviewing itineraries, coordinating catering, and ensuring the cabin is clean and properly equipped. In-flight service involves serving meals, monitoring cabin systems, and addressing passenger needs promptly. Post-flight tasks include inspecting, cleaning, and stocking the cabin, galley, lavatories, and flight deck.

The attendant maintains operational knowledge of galley controls, cabin safety, and audio/visual systems. They facilitate communication between passengers, crew, and the Flight Department. Safety responsibilities include administering first aid and ensuring compliance with emergency procedures.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a cabin crew or flight attendant role, preferably in corporate or private aviation.
  • Valid CPR and AED certification or willingness to obtain.
  • Knowledge of aircraft safety procedures and emergency equipment operation.
  • Ability to provide exceptional service to high-profile passengers with discretion and professionalism.
  • Flexibility to work varied schedules including weekends, holidays, and pop-up flights.
  • Must reside within one hour of Teterboro Airport or be willing to relocate.
  • Strong organizational skills for coordinating catering, shopping, and pre-flight logistics.
  • Ability to obtain necessary airport security credentials and clearances.

Responsibilities

  • Review flight itinerary and passenger profiles.
  • Coordinate catering, special requests, and pre-departure menu planning with passengers and scheduling department.
  • Shop for any items passengers have requested and ensure the cabin is clean, stocked, and properly equipped.
  • Conduct pre-flight safety briefings, demonstrations, and aircraft procedures checklists to ensure compliance with FOM.
  • Provide exceptional in-flight service, serving food and beverages while monitoring cabin and entertainment systems.
  • Maintain knowledge of emergency procedures and administer first aid including AED/CPR when necessary.
  • Facilitate communication between passengers, crew members, and Flight Department administrators.
  • Inspect, clean, and stock cabin, galley, lavatories, and flight deck after every leg and at base.
