Marabu Airlines is redefining leisure travel in Germany with a modern fleet of Airbus A320 NEO aircraft. We are dedicated to delivering top-tier service, safety, and comfort to passengers. As we expand, experienced Senior Cabin Crew Members play a key leadership role in exceptional service and smooth onboard operations.

You will lead cabin crew coordination, mentor team members for skill enhancement, and set high standards for passenger experience. Responsibilities include conducting pre-flight checks, managing safety procedures, boosting onboard sales, and serving as the link between flight and cabin crew for reporting.

Join a diverse and supportive team in bases at Leipzig, Hamburg, or Nuremberg. This permanent full-time position requires reaching your home base airport within 60 minutes. Note that it is not a commuting contract, with conversion course starting in Spring 2026.

Requirements

  • Currently flying as a Senior Cabin Crew member (minimum 12 months) on Airbus aircraft
  • Valid EASA Cabin Crew Attestation
  • Official SCCM rank documentation and Block Hours confirmation from current employer’s HR department
  • Fluent in English (written and spoken); German proficiency welcomed with willingness to improve
  • Valid aeronautical medical certificate and ability to swim unassisted
  • Height minimum 158 cm; age 18+
  • Right to live and work in Germany and the EU; no criminal record
  • Can reach the airport of home base station within 60 minutes at any time

Responsibilities

  • Lead and support cabin crew to ensure smooth in-flight operations
  • Guide and mentor Cabin Crew to enhance skills and ensure professional growth
  • Set high standards for customer service and passenger comfort
  • Conduct pre-flight checks, manage emergency procedures, and uphold aviation regulations
  • Boost in-flight sales and contribute to promotional activities
  • Serve as the key link between flight crew and cabin crew, managing reports and incident documentation
