Requirements

Advantage: at least three years professional experience in customer service
Resilience and willingness for multi-day absences from home (valid EU passport without restrictions required)
Ability to act quickly, organized, independently, and improvise in unplanned situations
Strong communication and team skills plus customer and service orientation
Careful and conscientious work style with groomed, friendly, and confident demeanor
Excellent organizational and administrative abilities
Proficient in MS Office applications, very good English and fluent German skills (spoken and written)
Valid reliability check, unrestricted flight fitness, and valid medical certificate
