
About this role
The Cabin Supervisor oversees daily activities of employees engaged in aircraft cabin cleaning and servicing at Pittsburgh International Airport. This full-time, non-exempt position coordinates operations to ensure safety and efficiency for United flights across A.M., P.M., and overnight shifts. Base pay starts at $21.00 per hour.
Day-to-day tasks include cleaning and servicing aircraft interiors such as cabins, cockpits, galleys, and lavatories. Team members prepare cabins for customer boarding by cleaning seats, seat pockets, floors, and lavatories with highly detailed attention to remove all dirt, debris, marks, and fingerprints. They check, handle, assemble, remove, and install passenger service furnishings and supplies per specifications.
In a fast-paced ramp environment, the supervisor assists ramp agents after cleaning completion and performs FOD walks between flights. Ensures ground equipment availability in ramp and bag areas for upcoming flights. Works closely with ground handling teams to support seamless flight turnarounds.

Requirements
- Experience supervising cabin cleaning or ground service teams in aviation
- Knowledge of aircraft interior cleaning procedures and specifications
- Familiarity with FOD control and ramp safety protocols
- Ability to perform detailed cleaning to remove dirt, debris, marks, and fingerprints
- Availability for A.M. shift, P.M. shift, and overnight shift
- Physical ability to handle aircraft servicing tasks and equipment
Responsibilities

- Assists ramp agents when cabin cleaning is complete
- Performs FOD walks in the ramp area between flights
- Ensures necessary ground equipment is available in the ramp area and bag room for upcoming flights
