Join the sky-high team at MGM Resorts International as a Corporate Flight Attendant, delivering world-class service and ensuring the safety of VIP passengers aboard private company aircraft. This role is perfect for polished professionals with a passion for hospitality and the ability to remain calm and confident in any situation. Starting rate is $45.00 hourly.

Perform duties assigned by the Pilot in Command, Chief Flight Attendant, or Assistant Chief Flight Attendant. Maintain required periodic certification on emergency procedures and AED/CPR procedures. Assume complete charge of passengers and aircraft during normal and emergency situations, providing emergency medical assistance when required.

Conduct aircraft pre-flight procedures and ensure all safety, galley, and cabin equipment is ready for flight. Provide superior customer experience for passengers and ensure the catering order is complete to satisfy flight needs. Adhere to flight procedures, arriving one and a half hours before each flight.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED required
  • 2+ years of prior relevant experience as a corporate and/or airline flight attendant required, 3+ years preferred
  • Must be at least 21 years of age
  • Work varied shifts, to include weekends and holidays
  • Ability to maintain order and calm in the cabin at all times while the aircraft is under way
  • Follow chain of command to resolve issues that arise during day-to-day operations
  • Adhere to Company policies, procedures, and all applicable Federal Aviation Regulations
