Report to the Assistant Manager, Cabin Crew for performance or people issues of the Flight Attendant team. Manage and lead the FA team's performance, providing coaching especially to new joiners for full compliance with service and safety standards. Conduct monthly Team Flying and regularly meet members for coaching and follow-up.

Provide feedback to the Assistant Manager and Cabin Crew Management Team on overall performance, promotion suggestions, and development opportunities. Disseminate company information and handle ad-hoc projects. Perform ground duty one day per month alongside flying duties.

Requirements

  • Minimum 1 years’ working experience in aviation industry with supervisory role preferably with 2 years of flying experience in HK Express
  • Ability to inspire, build trust and respect among the crew community
  • Ability to coach, motivate and develop others
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to prioritize and multitask
  • Ability to work under pressure

Responsibilities

  • Report to the Assistant Manager, Cabin Crew for any performance or people issues of the Flight Attendant (FA) team
  • Manage and lead FA team's performance, especially new joiners, and provide coaching to ensure compliance with service and safety standards
  • Conduct monthly Team Flying with the respective FA team and regularly meet members to provide coaching and follow up on issues
  • Engage, motivate, and build team spirit of the team; meet each FA at least once a year
  • Provide feedback to the Assistant Manager, Cabin Crew and Cabin Crew Management Team on overall performance, promotion suggestions, and development opportunities
  • Disseminate the company’s information
  • Perform ground duty (1 day of Office Duty per month)
  • Perform flying duty
