Breeze is hiring Seriously Nice Full Time Flight Attendants for the new FLL Crew Base. Team Members welcome and accommodate Guests, mitigate high-stress situations, collaborate and problem solve with others. They use good judgement and just be nice as the face of the Company.
Flight Attendants provide exceptional Guest experiences by warmly welcoming passengers, assisting with seating and luggage, and remaining available for help. They maintain a safe environment, stay calm under pressure, and communicate effectively with Team Members. Regular cabin monitoring ensures approachability and accommodation.
Schedules may change due to operational or weather delays, requiring flexibility. Training is provided and paid, with benefits like travel perks starting after 30 days. Pay begins at $25 per hour, increasing with seniority up to $37.50 by year 8.
Requirements
- Must live within a two-hour driving distance from Fort Lauderdale-Hollywood International Airport
- Successfully complete initial Flight Attendant training
- Demonstrate personal responsibility by being punctual, timely, and proactive
- Uphold professional appearance and etiquette guidelines in and out of the cabin
- Stay current and compliant with FAA regulations, company procedures, and training requirements
- Comfortable working in tight quarters and maintaining cabin cleanliness
- Capable of controlling personal and emotional responses and acting appropriately
- Willing to assist in other departments if necessary
Responsibilities
- Provide an exceptional Guest experience by warmly welcoming Guests onto aircraft and aiding in seating assignments, luggage stowage, and information requests
- Remain positive and kind, ensuring Guests feel valued, appreciated, and treated with empathy
- Maintain a safe work environment for Guests and Team Members
- Remain calm under pressure and mitigate high-stress situations
- Effectively communicate, collaborate, and show respect for other Team Members
- Prepare and serve meals, snacks, and beverages including alcohol while practicing highest hygiene standards
- Provide instruction on emergency and evacuation procedures to Guests
- Administer first-aid and medical care if required in emergencies
