The Cabin Supervisor leads administrative staff and manages day-to-day airport station operations for G2 Secure Staff. Responsibilities include scheduling, staffing within budgeted hours, and limiting overtime while ensuring Safety Management System implementation. This role demands handling non-routine situations like delays and passenger assistance effectively.

Daily duties involve overseeing direct reports, assigning tasks, and performing subordinate roles when needed. Maintain Quality Assurance oversight on performance and safety issues, providing corrective actions. Train and retrain personnel in airline procedures, safety, and company policies to uphold standards.

Work in a dynamic team environment at the airport, dealing with extreme weather, high winds, rain, ice, and snow. Foster good employee relations, resolve problems efficiently, and communicate with senior airline management. Project a positive image in client relations and public interactions.

Growth comes through implementing station safety plans, monitoring employee activity, and handling off-schedule operations. Adhere to policies, participate in company objectives, and manage confidential information with tact across all levels. Opportunities arise in leadership within airline and airport operations.

Requirements

  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • HS Diploma or GED
  • Valid Driver's License (Must meet the G2 Company Driving Policy)
  • One year of front-line experience in a similar or related role
  • Minimum one year of lead or supervisory experience in a similar or related role
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Must meet requirements to obtain an airport SIDA badge and Customs Seal, including background check and ten-year work history
  • Must pass pre-employment and random drug tests

Responsibilities

  • Oversee administrative staff and assign duties to direct reports
  • Manage day-to-day operations for scheduling, staffing, budgeted hours, and limiting overtime
  • Ensure implementation of the Safety Management System (SMS)
  • Implement a safety plan for the station
  • Maintain Quality Assurance oversight for operational issues relating to performance and safety
  • Train and retrain personnel in airline procedures, safety procedures, and company policies
  • Handle off-schedule operations when the Manager is not available
  • Perform other duties as requested
