About this role

Cabin Supervisors oversee administrative staff and assign duties to direct reports in airport operations. They manage day-to-day operations within the primary area of responsibility for scheduling, staffing, budgeted hours, and limiting overtime. This leadership role ensures implementation of the Safety Management System and station safety plans.

Maintain Quality Assurance oversight for operational issues relating to performance and safety, providing corrective and preventative actions. Train and retrain all personnel in airline procedures, safety procedures, and company policies. Handle off-schedule operations when the Manager is not available and perform subordinate duties as necessary.

Foster good employee relations by handling problems efficiently and effectively. Communicate effectively with senior airline management, projecting a positive image in responses to inquiries from airlines, staff, and the public. Monitor employee activity and adjust as needed while adhering to company policies.

Work in various climatic conditions including extreme heat, cold, high winds, rain, ice, and snow. Cope with non-routine situations such as early/late flights, weather delays, mechanical issues, and passenger assistance. Resolve problem situations with passengers and direct verbally in English.

Requirements

  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • HS Diploma or GED
  • Valid Driver's License meeting G2 Company Driving Policy
  • One year of front-line experience in a similar or related role
  • Minimum one year of lead or supervisory experience in a similar role
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Meet requirements for airport SIDA badge, background check, and ten-year work history
  • Must pass pre-employment and random drug tests
