Prospect Airport Services, a trusted leader in aviation support with decades of experience at over 30 major airports, is seeking a Cabin Supervisor to oversee cabin cleaning operations for Delta at Columbus. This role ensures aircraft are cleaned to the highest standards of excellence and safety.

Day-to-day, you will supervise a team of cabin cleaners, coordinate cleaning schedules with flight arrivals and departures, and inspect completed work for compliance with Delta's requirements. You will also manage inventory of cleaning supplies and report any maintenance issues.

Requirements

  • Previous supervisory or leadership experience in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to work flexible shifts including AM and PM shifts
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
  • Ability to pass background check and obtain airport security clearance
  • Physical ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 pounds
  • High school diploma or equivalent

Responsibilities

  • Supervise cabin cleaning crew to ensure timely and thorough cleaning of aircraft interiors
  • Inspect completed work to meet Delta's cleanliness and safety standards
  • Coordinate with ramp and gate agents to align cleaning schedules with flight arrivals and departures
  • Train and mentor new cabin cleaners on procedures and safety protocols
  • Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment
  • Report any maintenance or safety issues to appropriate departments
  • Ensure compliance with company and airline policies and procedures
