Requirements
- Advantage: at least three years professional experience in customer service
- Resilience and willingness for multi-day absences from home base (valid EU passport without restrictions required)
- Ability to act quickly, organized, independently, and improvise in unplanned situations
- Strong communication and team skills plus customer and service orientation
- Careful and conscientious work style with groomed, friendly, sovereign appearance
- Excellent organizational and administrative skills
- Proficient in MS Office applications, very good English and fluent German (spoken and written)
- Valid reliability check, unrestricted airworthiness, and valid medical certificate
