Requirements

Advantage: at least three years professional experience in customer service
Resilience and willingness for multi-day absences from home base (valid EU passport without restrictions required)
Ability to act quickly, organized, independently, and improvise in unplanned situations
Strong communication and team skills plus customer and service orientation
Careful and conscientious work style with groomed, friendly, sovereign appearance
Excellent organizational and administrative skills
Proficient in MS Office applications, very good English and fluent German (spoken and written)
Valid reliability check, unrestricted airworthiness, and valid medical certificate
