Step into a leadership role with Network Aviation, part of the trusted Qantas Group. As Cabin Supervisor, lead by example, inspire cabin crew teams, and elevate the onboard experience at 30,000 feet. Fly on F100, A319, and A320 aircraft to destinations like Newman, Broome, Darwin, and Newcastle, supporting FIFO charters.
Guide teams of 2 to 4 cabin crew, taking responsibility for safety, service, and compliance on every flight. Oversee the full inflight experience from boarding to arrival, coordinating with flight crew and ground teams. Make decisions, monitor timing, and ensure smooth, professional customer journeys.
Create positive team environments through coaching, feedback, and role modelling. Communicate decisively with crew, flight crew, customers, and stakeholders, adapting to situations. Maintain absolute focus on safety, lead compliance, and guide responses in abnormal scenarios.

Requirements
- Confident communicator and natural leader
- Passion for people and precision
- Ability to lead cabin crew in high-pressure aviation environments
- Strong knowledge of aviation safety, compliance, and SOPs
- Experience guiding teams through abnormal or unexpected situations calmly
- Professional presentation and decision-making skills
- Coordination abilities with flight crew and ground stakeholders
- Focus on crew wellbeing, coaching, and performance development
Responsibilities
- Lead and support cabin crew teams of 2 to 4 onboard A319, A320 and F100 aircraft, creating a positive team environment
- Take responsibility for safety, service and compliance on every flight, guiding operations and making decisions
- Oversee the full inflight experience from boarding to arrival, monitoring timing and coordinating with flight crew and ground teams
- Provide feedback, guidance and support to help crew build skills and reinforce high-quality performance
- Set the example through presentation, behaviour and decision making to shape onboard culture
- Maintain absolute focus on safety, lead compliance, and guide crew through structured responses in abnormal situations
- Drive a premium, consistent customer experience by setting clear expectations and high standards
- Communicate decisively and respectfully with crew, flight crew, ground teams and customers
