At Bank of America, Flight Attendants travel worldwide on corporate aircraft, performing duties for employees and clients. They ensure the highest level of safety and service related to passenger and cabin safety, medical requirements, meal service, and special requests. Key responsibilities include preparation and execution of cabin service for safe and pleasant flights. Provide cabin safety support with emergency briefings and response. Care for passenger comfort while planning creative meals meeting strict dietary needs and stocking commissary supplies.

Work independently or in a crew environment with excellent CRM skills to establish priorities for passenger service and office-in-the-sky capabilities. Interact comfortably with senior executives to maintain cabin control. Perform collateral duties and ensure operation of all cabin systems and appliances.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 3-5 years' experience as a Flight Attendant (preferred Corporate Aviation – Part 91 experience)
  • Certified Flight Attendant Training at accredited organization (Medaire, Flight Safety International, FACTS)
  • Proficiency and currency in emergency evacuation procedures and medical-related training
  • Experience in large cabin corporate aircraft cabin service, catering and food preparation
  • Excellent customer service skills and ability to interact comfortably with senior level executives
  • Ability to travel on long-duration international flights
  • Possess a valid U.S. Passport
  • Located within 75 minutes of Charlotte airport or willing to relocate within 75 minutes

Responsibilities

  • Travel worldwide on corporate aircraft and perform Flight Attendant duties
  • Provide cabin safety support including emergency aircraft briefings and response
  • Provide care and comfort for passengers traveling on corporate aircraft
  • Plan and procure creative meals meeting strict dietary needs and ensure adequate commissary supplies
  • Ensure thorough knowledge and operation of all cabin systems and appliances
  • Handle medical requirements, special requests, and meal service at highest level
  • Establish priorities and solutions for passenger service and office-in-the-sky capabilities
