Assistant Chief Cabin Crew Instructor

SAS training department is growing due to more demand for training. We harmonize training internally and deliver to all AOCs in SAS, Connect, Link, and Scandinavia. This means more instructors, courses, and work, so we seek a Cabin Crew Training Assistant (CCTA) on a one-year contract with possible permanent position.

CCTA reports directly to Chief Cabin Crew Instructor (CCCI) and helps the CC training team in daily operations at training facilities. Serve as a strong administrative resource in a fast and constantly changing environment. Manage all kinds of tasks as a team.

Operate in a fast-paced environment with 80+ Cabin Crew Instructors across 5 training facilities in three countries and 20+ authority-required courses. Maintain safety-first approach with close cooperation with national authorities. Handle diverse operational needs daily.

Take on own responsibilities, projects, and assignments like stakeholder coordination and documentation updates. Support instructors and provide daily assistance to CCCI. Demonstrate qualities to work with and motivate others for success.
