Flight Attendants warmly welcome Guests, assist with seating, luggage stowage, and provide information. They prepare and serve meals, snacks, beverages including alcohol, while maintaining cabin cleanliness and galley standards. They stay present, monitor the cabin, and remain available for assistance.

Team Members collaborate, communicate effectively, and show respect to perform at their best. They remain calm under pressure, mitigate high-stress situations, and demonstrate good judgement. Flexibility is key as schedules change due to operations, weather, or delays.

Paid training and initial uniform, luggage issuance provided by Breeze. Travel benefits start after 30 days on Breeze network, other airlines after six months. 401K eligibility after 90 days supports long-term opportunity.

Requirements

  • Must live within a two-hour driving distance from Rhode Island T.F. Green International Airport
  • Interview and be selected to become a Part Time Breeze Flight Attendant
  • Successfully complete initial Flight Attendant training
  • Stay current and compliant with FAA regulations, company procedures, and training requirements
  • Demonstrate personal responsibility by being punctual, timely, and proactive
  • Uphold professional appearance and etiquette guidelines in and out of the cabin
  • Comfortable using, implementing, and explaining Breeze’s Inflight technology
  • Capable of controlling personal and emotional responses and acting appropriately

Responsibilities

  • Provide an exceptional Guest experience by warmly welcoming Guests onto aircraft and aiding in seating assignments, luggage stowage
  • Remain positive, kind, empathetic, and act with humanity to make Guests feel valued
  • Maintain a safe work environment for Guests and Team Members
  • Remain calm under pressure and mitigate high-stress situations
  • Effectively communicate, collaborate, and show respect for other Team Members
  • Prepare and serve meals, snacks, and beverages including alcohol while practicing highest hygiene standards
  • Provide instruction on emergency and evacuation procedures to Guests
  • Administer first-aid and medical care if required in emergencies
