This union represented position involves attending preflight briefings to review weather, route, emergency procedures, and onboard services, then preparing the cabin for boarding. They demonstrate safety equipment like seat belts, oxygen masks, and life jackets while monitoring compliance.
During flights, attendants provide consistent food and beverage service, collect payments for purchases, and prepare the cabin for landing. In emergencies, they direct evacuations, administer first aid, and handle equipment like oxygen bottles and fire extinguishers. They complete incident reports and collaborate with crew for a seamless guest experience.

Requirements
- Physically and psychologically capable of performing safety procedures and assisting guests in emergencies
- Able to handle emergency situations and deal with all types of personalities attentively and pleasantly
- Able to work effectively in a fast-paced aircraft cabin environment
- Able to work varied schedules including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Korean Language Qualified
- Able to obtain and maintain authorization for unescorted access to aircraft and SIDA areas
- Meet physical demands of flying at high altitudes
Responsibilities
- Attend preflight briefings to review flight details including weather, route, emergency procedures, and onboard services
- Greet guests warmly, direct them to assigned seats, and assist with stowing carry-on luggage
- Demonstrate the use of safety equipment such as seat belts, oxygen masks, and life jackets
- Direct and assist guests during emergency procedures including evacuations and administer first aid
- Provide consistent food and beverage service according to airline procedures and reconcile payments
- Prepare guests and cabin for landing by following established procedures and assist with deplaning
- Complete annual FAA-approved re-certification and maintain knowledge of emergency procedures
- Collaborate effectively with crew members to deliver a seamless Aloha experience
