This union represented position involves attending preflight briefings to review weather, route, emergency procedures, and onboard services, then preparing the cabin for boarding. Flight attendants greet guests warmly, direct them to seats, assist with luggage, and respond to questions throughout the flight. They demonstrate safety equipment like seat belts, oxygen masks, and life jackets while monitoring compliance.

During flights, attendants provide consistent food and beverage service, collect payments for purchases, and prepare the cabin for landing. In emergencies, they direct evacuations, administer first aid, and handle equipment like oxygen bottles and fire extinguishers. They complete incident reports and collaborate with crew for a seamless guest experience.
