Requirements
- Grade 12 High School Diploma or equivalent
- Canadian citizen or Permit Resident
- Minimum 19 years of age
- Able to pass a reach test of 210 cm from flat foot
- Possess and retain a valid Passport and able to fly into the United States
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in customer service
- Strong sense of accountability, honesty, and responsibility
- Willing to relocate to Whitehorse, Yukon
Responsibilities
- Perform required work duties in an aircraft environment
- Demonstrate and announce safety briefings to passengers
- Respond to and communicate any onboard information to passengers
- Conduct all interactions in a positive, customer-service focused approach
- Guide or direct passengers during emergency situations such as evacuations
- Ensure passengers’ comfort and safety at all times
- Operate emergency equipment including oxygen systems, aircraft doors, fire extinguishers
