Requirements
- Bags of enthusiasm
- Customer service-oriented background (e.g., bar, restaurant, shop)
- Legal entitlement to work unrestricted across the EU
- Height between 5'2" (157 cm) and 6'2" (188 cm)
- Able to swim 25 meters unaided
- Hardworking, flexible with outgoing and friendly personality
- Adaptable to shift rosters
- Comfortable speaking and writing English with ease
Responsibilities
- Provide guests with an excellent travel experience
- Operate out of Ryanair Bases across Europe
- Deliver customer service in a fast-paced environment
- Ensure passenger safety and comfort during flights
- Handle shift rosters including 5 days on / 3 days off
- Respond to passenger needs with a 'can do' attitude
- Conduct safety procedures and emergency responses
