Breeze is looking for “Seriously Nice” Part Time Flight Attendants for our MCO Crew Base. Flight Attendants are responsible for the safety and comfort of Guests and fellow Team Members while embracing Breeze’s Five Core Values – Safety, Kindness, Integrity, Ingenuity, and Excellence.

Flight Attendants warmly welcome Guests onto the aircraft, assist with seating assignments, luggage stowage, and provide any additional information requested. They prepare and serve meals, snacks, and beverages including alcohol while maintaining highest hygiene standards. They monitor the cabin regularly to stay approachable and accommodating.

Team Members collaborate and problem solve together, effectively communicate, and show respect. They remain calm under pressure, mitigate high-stress situations, and act with good judgement. Guests always feel valued, appreciated, empathetic, and treated with humanity.

Training is paid and initial issuance of luggage and uniform is provided by Breeze. Eligible for 401K after 90 days and travel benefits start after 30 days on Breeze Network. Pay rates progress from $25 per hour in year one to $37.50 by year eight with a monthly guarantee of 37.5 flying hours.

Requirements

  • Must live within a two-hour driving distance from Orlando International Airport
  • Interview and be selected to become a Part Time Breeze Flight Attendant
  • Successfully complete initial Flight Attendant training

  • Use good judgement and act as the face of the Company
  • Capable of controlling personal and emotional responses and acting appropriately under pressure
  • Stay current and compliant with FAA regulations, company procedures, and training requirements
  • Comfortable using, implementing, and explaining Breeze’s Inflight technology

Responsibilities

  • Provide an exceptional Guest experience – warmly welcome Guests onto our aircraft, aide in seating assignments, luggage and garment stowage
  • Remain positive and be kind – our Guests should always feel valued and appreciated; be empathetic and act with humanity
  • Maintain a safe work environment for our Guests and Team Members
  • Remain calm under pressure and mitigate high-stress situations
  • Prepare and serve meals, snacks, and beverages (including alcohol) while practicing highest hygiene standards
  • Provide instruction, including emergency and evacuation procedures, to Guests
  • Administer first-aid and medical care, if required, in the event of an emergency
  • Maintain cabin cleanliness and galley organizational standards, comfortable working in tight quarters
