About this role

Join the Flight Department team as an Aircraft Scheduler with Flight Attendant responsibilities. Handle scheduling, coordination, and management of private air travel itineraries for passengers and aviation team. Ensure compliance with flight crew parameters and maintain accurate records while facilitating complete travel arrangements.

Operate as a Part 91 Scheduler by receiving aircraft usage requests and assembling itineraries in scheduling systems. Develop and manage pilot and flight attendant schedules in collaboration with the aviation team. Address conflicts, communicate trip details, and interact regularly with executive leadership and Board of Directors.

Provide Flight Attendant duties 20-30% of the time on mid-size corporate aircraft to domestic and international destinations. Deliver five-star service experiences for passengers while upholding safety responsibilities. Perform preflight and post-flight checks of cabin and galley equipment, and operate entertainment systems.

Partner with the aviation department on FBO locations and schedule ground transportation, hotels, and catering. Prepare monthly aircraft usage reports and quarterly SFIL reports. Work in a culture energized by new growth opportunities at a rapid pace with no typical day.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in aircraft scheduling, private aircraft (Part 91) preferred
  • Experience utilizing MySky software preferred
  • Knowledge of FAA regulations and flight time limitations
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines

Responsibilities

  • Operate as a Part 91 Scheduler, receiving aircraft usage requests and assembling itineraries in scheduling system and aircraft calendar
  • Develop and manage pilot and flight attendant schedules, ensuring compliance with FAA regulations, flight time limitations, and company policies
  • Maintain accurate records of crew schedules, flight logs, training, and certifications
  • Communicate with aircraft requesters, providing trip sheets, adjusting accordingly, and delivering final travel details
  • Interact regularly with executive leadership and Board of Directors to provide scheduling reports, updates, and recommendations
  • Schedule travel arrangements for passengers and crew, including ground transportation, hotel accommodations, and aircraft catering
  • Ensure passenger welfare and safety on board, performing preflight and post-flight checks of cabin and galley equipment
  • Provide five-star service on mid-size corporate aircraft to domestic and international destinations
