As a highly visible Team Member, Flight Attendants are responsible for the safety and comfort of our Guests and fellow Team Members, acting as the face of the Company by embracing Breeze’s Five Core Values – Safety, Kindness, Integrity, Ingenuity, and Excellence.

We expect you to welcome and accommodate Guests, mitigate high-stress situations, collaborate and problem solve with other Team Members, and just be...nice. On a daily basis, you will monitor the cabin regularly, remain flexible as schedules may change due to operational or weather-related delays, and stay current with FAA regulations and company procedures.

Our team works cross-functionally with truly awesome Team Members who deliver on our mission to make travel simple, affordable, and convenient using technology, ingenuity and kindness. You will practice safety conscious behaviors in all situations, remain calm under pressure, and demonstrate personal responsibility by being punctual, timely, and proactive.

Full-time Flight Attendants receive a monthly guarantee of 70 flying hours, with pay rates starting at $25 per hour and increasing with tenure. Successful completion of initial training is required, and training may take place in Providence, Salt Lake City, or other base locations with per diem and hotel accommodations provided as applicable.

Requirements

  • Must live within a two-hour driving distance from Rhode Island T.F. Green International Airport
  • Must be able to attend initial Flight Attendant Training in the next three months without interruption
  • Must successfully complete initial Flight Attendant training
  • Only one Flight Attendant application may be submitted every three months
