About this role

Breeze Airways seeks "Seriously Nice" Part Time Flight Attendants for the CAK Crew Base. Flight Attendants ensure the safety and comfort of Guests and Team Members as highly visible representatives. They embrace Breeze’s Five Core Values: Safety, Kindness, Integrity, Ingenuity, and Excellence.

Provide an exceptional Guest experience by warmly welcoming Guests, assisting with seating, luggage stowage, and additional requests. Remain positive, kind, and empathetic while monitoring the cabin. Serve meals, snacks, and beverages including alcohol, maintaining highest hygiene standards.

Maintain a safe work environment and remain calm under pressure to mitigate high-stress situations. Effectively communicate, collaborate, and show respect for fellow Team Members. Stay flexible with schedules that may change due to operational or weather delays.

Successfully complete paid initial Flight Attendant training and stay compliant with FAA regulations. Eligible for 401K after 90 days and travel benefits starting after 30 days on Breeze network. Progressive pay rates from $25 to $37.50 per hour based on tenure.

Requirements

  • Must live within a two-hour driving distance from Akron-Canton Airport
  • Interview and be selected to become a Part Time Breeze Flight Attendant
  • Successfully complete initial Flight Attendant training
  • Stay current and compliant with FAA regulations, company procedures, and training requirements
  • Demonstrate personal responsibility – be punctual, timely, and proactive
  • Uphold professional appearance and etiquette guidelines in and out of the cabin
  • Comfortable using, implementing, and explaining Breeze’s Inflight technology
  • Capable of controlling personal and emotional responses under high levels of stress

Responsibilities

  • Provide an exceptional Guest experience – warmly welcome Guests onto aircraft, aid in seating assignments, luggage and garment stowage
  • Remain positive and be kind – make Guests feel valued and appreciated, act with empathy
  • Maintain a safe work environment for Guests and Team Members
  • Remain calm under pressure and mitigate high-stress situations
  • Effectively communicate, collaborate, and show respect for other Team Members
  • Prepare and serve meals, snacks, and beverages including alcohol while practicing highest hygiene standards
  • Provide instruction including emergency and evacuation procedures to Guests
  • Administer first-aid and medical care if required in an emergency
