About this role

Breeze Airways is looking for “Seriously Nice” Part Time Flight Attendants for our PVD Crew Base to help bring “The World’s Nicest Airline” to life. As one of our most highly visible Team Members, you will be responsible for the safety and comfort of our Guests and fellow Team Members.

In this role, you will welcome and accommodate Guests, mitigate high-stress situations, and collaborate with other Team Members to solve problems. You will use good judgment and just be…nice, acting as the face of the Company by embracing Breeze’s Five Core Values – Safety, Kindness, Integrity, Ingenuity, and Excellence.

You will work cross-functionally with truly awesome Team Members to deliver on our mission: “To make the world of travel simple, affordable, and convenient. This part-time role offers a monthly guarantee of 37.5 flying hours and the opportunity to grow with a dynamic airline. Successful candidates will complete initial Flight Attendant training at one of our Breeze Training Academy facilities, with travel and accommodations provided as needed.

Requirements

Must live within a two-hour driving distance from Rhode Island T.F. Green International Airport
Must be able to attend initial Flight Attendant Training in the next three months without interruption
Must successfully complete initial Flight Attendant training
Must be punctual, timely, and proactive
Must demonstrate personal responsibility and good judgment
Must be able to remain calm under pressure and mitigate high-stress situations

Monthly guarantee of 37.5 flying hours
Paid per diem and mileage for training (specific rules apply)
If training outside base city, Breeze will fly you to training and provide shared hotel accommodations plus per diem
All Flight Attendants will be paid after successfully completing training
