Curate cabin environment with linens, personalized amenities, and coordinate inventories with Fixed Base Operators.

Requirements

  • 7 years of relevant work experience in VIP aviation, luxury yachting, or ultra-high-end hospitality
  • Active First Aid/CPR/AED Certification
  • Active Flight Attendant Emergency Training (e.g., FACTS, FlightSafety)
  • Valid Passport with no restrictive visas
  • Ability to manage unpredictable on-call schedules
  • Experience handling gourmet meal plating and concierge-level service

Responsibilities

  • Conduct pre-flight safety inspections of all cabin equipment
  • Provide bespoke safety briefings and remain prepared to lead evacuations, medical emergencies, or ditching procedures
  • Source, prepare, and plate in-flight meals including complex dietary restrictions, wine pairings, and local foods
  • Curate the cabin environment through linens and personalized amenities
  • Ensure the aircraft is always ready for passenger service
  • Manage stock and store inventories
  • Coordinate with Fixed Base Operators for catering deliveries, laundry services, and cabin cleaning
  • Anticipate passenger needs from arranging ground transportation to troubleshooting onboard Wi-Fi and entertainment systems
