About this role
Lead the newly established Singapore Cabin Crew base, driving operational excellence and engagement. Oversee day-to-day operations and ensure alignment with safety, service, and performance standards. Manage a team of Crew Leadership Managers and Crew Experience Managers supporting international operations.
Drive crew engagement, operational excellence, and customer experience outcomes. Work closely with airport teams and stakeholders to deliver seamless operations. Manage local budgets and implement business plans supporting transformation and cost initiatives.
Engage actively with unions, regulatory agencies, and third-party partners to ensure compliance. Foster a culture of safety and service excellence. Achieve strong team performance together in a dynamic aviation sector.

Requirements
- Extensive people leadership experience
- Strong track record in managing large, customer-focused teams in a 24/7 environment
- Experience designing and implementing commercial operations and business strategies
- Deep understanding of industrial relations, including working with unions and regulatory bodies
- Proven capability in people management, change leadership, and commercial negotiations
- Sound business acumen with a strategic mindset and focus on delivering results
- Ability to lead, influence, and inspire high-performing teams in an operational environment
- Right to live and work in Singapore
