Breeze is looking for “Seriously Nice” Part Time Flight Attendants for our RSW Crew Base. Flight Attendants are responsible for the safety and comfort of Guests and fellow Team Members while embracing Breeze’s Five Core Values – Safety, Kindness, Integrity, Ingenuity, and Excellence.
Provide an exceptional Guest experience by warmly welcoming Guests onto the aircraft, aiding in seating assignments, luggage stowage, and additional information requests. Remain positive and kind, ensuring Guests feel valued and appreciated while maintaining a safe work environment. Stay approachable by monitoring the cabin regularly and remain flexible with changing schedules due to operational or weather delays.
Effectively communicate, collaborate, and show respect for other Team Members to perform at your best together. Remain calm under pressure, mitigate high-stress situations, and use good judgement. Act as the face of the Company by being nice and upholding professional appearance and etiquette guidelines both in and out of the cabin.
Successfully complete initial Flight Attendant training, which is paid. Receive initial issuance of luggage and uniform paid by Breeze. Become eligible for 401K benefits after 90 days and travel benefits on Breeze Network after 30 days of employment.
Requirements
- Must live within a two-hour driving distance from Southwest Florida International Airport
- Interview and be selected to become a Part Time Breeze Flight Attendant
- Successfully complete initial Flight Attendant training
- Stay current and compliant with FAA regulations, company procedures, and training requirements
- Demonstrate personal responsibility – be punctual, timely, and proactive
- Capable of controlling personal and emotional responses and acting appropriately
- Comfortable working in tight quarters and using Breeze’s Inflight technology
Responsibilities
- Provide an exceptional Guest experience – warmly welcome Guests onto aircraft, aid in seating assignments, luggage and garment stowage
- Remain positive and be kind – ensure Guests feel valued and appreciated; be empathetic and act with humanity
- Maintain a safe work environment for Guests and Team Members
- Remain calm under pressure and mitigate high-stress situations
- Effectively communicate, collaborate, and show respect for other Team Members
- Prepare and serve meals, snacks, and beverages (including alcohol) while practicing highest hygiene standards
- Provide instruction, including emergency and evacuation procedures, to Guests
- Administer first-aid and medical care if required in an emergency
