Beond, the world’s first premium leisure airline, is seeking motivated and professional A320 First Officers to join our growing operation. First Officers support safe, disciplined and efficient flight operations while contributing to a strong cockpit culture.

First Officers assist the Captain in operating the aircraft safely and efficiently with a focus on guest satisfaction. They monitor aircraft systems and performance during all phases of flight and help plan routes considering weather, fuel, and air traffic control. Compliance with regulatory requirements and flight procedures is ensured at all times.

Opportunities exist for base assignments in Dubai (DWC), Malé (MLE), and Bahrain (BAH). First Officers maintain communication with the Captain and ground personnel for seamless operations. They perform pre-flight checks, briefings, and prepare detailed flight plans accounting for aircraft performance.

Requirements

  • Valid EASA/ICAO/FAA ATPL or CPL/IR with ATPL credits
  • Current A320 family type rating with the last date of flight within 3 months
  • Class 1 Medical Certificate
  • ICAO English Level 4 (Level 5 preferred)
  • 500 hours total flight time on A320 family aircraft

Responsibilities

  • Assist the Captain in operating the aircraft in a safe and efficient manner, with a focus on guest satisfaction
  • Monitor the aircraft's systems and performance during all phases of flight
  • Help plan flight routes, considering weather, fuel requirements, and air traffic control
  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements, including flight operation manuals, checklists, and procedures
  • Perform pre-flight checks and briefings, and ensure all documentation is complete and up to date
  • Assist with the preparation of detailed flight plans, taking into account aircraft performance and weather
  • Maintain communication with the Captain and ground personnel to ensure safe and efficient flight operations
