HP Inc. is seeking a highly professional and service-oriented Flight Attendant to join the Corporate Aviation team. This role delivers a safe, discreet, and world-class onboard experience for executives, employees, and guests. The position requires exceptional attention to detail and adaptability in a dynamic environment.
Ensure the safety and well-being of all passengers in accordance with FAA regulations. Conduct pre-flight safety briefings, maintain cabin readiness, and manage inventory along with catering aligned to dietary preferences. Respond calmly in emergency situations while upholding high presentation standards.
Collaborate closely with pilots, schedulers, and ground support teams to enable efficient flight operations. The high-visibility role demands sound judgment, discretion, and flexibility with variable schedules including nights, weekends, and holidays.
This specialized function directly supports executive leadership and critical corporate operations. The position offers opportunities to apply expertise in international travel protocols within a fast-paced corporate aviation setting.
Requirements
- FAA Flight Attendant Certification (or ability to obtain)
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience as a Flight Attendant (corporate/private aviation preferred)
- Strong knowledge of in-flight safety procedures and hospitality service standards
- Flexibility to work variable schedules, including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Valid passport with ability to travel internationally
- Experience in corporate or private aviation environments preferred
Responsibilities
- Ensure the safety and well-being of all passengers in accordance with FAA regulations and company policies
- Conduct pre-flight safety briefings and maintain cabin readiness, emergency equipment, and safety documentation
- Prepare aircraft cabin for each flight ensuring cleanliness, organization, and readiness
- Manage inventory, catering, and onboard supplies to meet passenger preferences and dietary requirements
- Deliver exceptional, personalized service while anticipating passenger needs with discretion and professionalism
- Collaborate closely with pilots, schedulers, and ground support teams to support efficient flight operations
- Maintain accurate records of catering, flight logs, and inventory while assisting with trip planning
