The opportunity includes assisting with international trip planning and maintaining compliance with FAA regulations. Accurate records of catering, flight logs, and inventory support ongoing corporate aviation excellence.

Requirements

FAA Flight Attendant Certification or ability to obtain
Minimum 3–5 years of experience as a Flight Attendant with corporate or private aviation preferred
Strong knowledge of in-flight safety procedures and hospitality service standards
Flexibility to work variable schedules including nights, weekends, and holidays
Valid passport with ability to travel internationally
CPR/First Aid certification preferred
Familiarity with international travel protocols and customs preferred

Responsibilities

Ensure the safety and well-being of all passengers in accordance with FAA regulations and company policies
Conduct pre-flight safety briefings and maintain cabin readiness and emergency equipment
Prepare aircraft cabin for each flight ensuring cleanliness, organization, and readiness
Manage inventory, catering, and onboard supplies to meet passenger preferences
Deliver exceptional, personalized service to HP executives and guests with discretion
Collaborate closely with pilots, schedulers, and ground support teams for efficient operations
Maintain accurate records of catering, flight logs, and inventory
Assist with trip planning including international travel requirements when applicable
