This high-visibility position operates with minimal supervision and directly supports executive leadership. Close collaboration with pilots, schedulers, and ground teams enables efficient flight operations. Sound judgment is essential in safety-sensitive and service-critical environments.
The opportunity includes assisting with international trip planning and maintaining compliance with FAA regulations. Accurate records of catering, flight logs, and inventory support ongoing corporate aviation excellence.
Requirements
- FAA Flight Attendant Certification or ability to obtain
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience as a Flight Attendant with corporate or private aviation preferred
- Strong knowledge of in-flight safety procedures and hospitality service standards
- Flexibility to work variable schedules including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Valid passport with ability to travel internationally
- CPR/First Aid certification preferred
- Familiarity with international travel protocols and customs preferred
Responsibilities
- Ensure the safety and well-being of all passengers in accordance with FAA regulations and company policies
- Conduct pre-flight safety briefings and maintain cabin readiness and emergency equipment
- Prepare aircraft cabin for each flight ensuring cleanliness, organization, and readiness
- Manage inventory, catering, and onboard supplies to meet passenger preferences
- Deliver exceptional, personalized service to HP executives and guests with discretion
- Collaborate closely with pilots, schedulers, and ground support teams for efficient operations
- Maintain accurate records of catering, flight logs, and inventory
- Assist with trip planning including international travel requirements when applicable
