Jetstar Cabin Crew are hosts-with-the-most, holidaymakers, safety-first professionals and problem-solvers. They bring a fun, feel-good energy to every journey while playing a critical role onboard to keep every flight safe, compliant and running smoothly.
No two flights are the same. You will lead with safety by delivering briefings and managing onboard procedures, while creating a positive memorable experience for passengers from the moment they step onboard to touchdown.
You will anticipate needs, keep everyone hydrated and well-fed, and handle challenges with care and composure. Working closely with your crew, you will keep everything running smoothly and bring the holiday vibe to every flight.

Requirements
- At least 18 years of age
- 1+ years of customer service experience creating great customer moments
- Passport with a minimum of 12 months validity
- Unlimited working rights in Australia
- Willing to obtain or hold current First Aid and CPR certification
- Willing to obtain or hold Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certificate
- Physically fit and confident in the water, including ability to swim and tread water
- Able to meet safety reach requirements (212cm reach, maximum height of 186cm)
- Flexible and adaptable with ability to work shift work including weekends and holidays
- Available to commit to 8 weeks of paid full-time ground school training
