Working at Breeze Airways is an exciting endeavor to bring “The World’s Nicest Airline” to life. Breeze is hiring “Seriously Nice” Part Time Flight Attendants for the VRB Crew Base. Flight Attendants ensure safety and comfort of Guests while embracing Five Core Values: Safety, Kindness, Integrity, Ingenuity, and Excellence.

You will warmly welcome Guests, assist with seating, luggage stowage, and provide information while staying available for assistance. Remain positive, empathetic, and kind so Guests feel valued. Maintain cabin cleanliness, prepare and serve meals, snacks, and beverages including alcohol with high hygiene standards.

Collaborate and problem-solve with Team Members, communicate effectively, and show respect. Stay calm under pressure, mitigate high-stress situations, and monitor the cabin regularly. Remain flexible with changing schedules due to operational or weather delays.

Act as the face of the Company using good judgement and technology. Demonstrate personal responsibility by being punctual and proactive. Uphold professional appearance, stay compliant with FAA regulations, and assist in emergencies with first-aid or evacuations.

Requirements

  • Must live within a two-hour driving distance from Vero Beach Regional Airport
  • Interview and be selected to become a Part Time Breeze Flight Attendant
  • Successfully complete initial Flight Attendant training
  • Embrace Breeze’s Five Core Values: Safety, Kindness, Integrity, Ingenuity, and Excellence
  • Use good judgement and be nice in high-visibility role
  • Stay current and compliant with FAA regulations, company procedures, and training requirements
  • Comfortable working in tight quarters and maintaining cabin cleanliness
  • Capable of administering first-aid and medical care in emergencies

Responsibilities

  • Provide an exceptional Guest experience by warmly welcoming Guests onto the aircraft and aiding in seating, luggage stowage
  • Remain positive and kind, ensuring Guests feel valued, appreciated, and treated with empathy
  • Maintain a safe work environment for Guests and Team Members
  • Remain calm under pressure and mitigate high-stress situations
  • Effectively communicate, collaborate, and show respect for other Team Members
  • Stay approachable by monitoring the cabin regularly
  • Remain flexible with schedules that may change due to operational, weather-related, or unforeseen delays
  • Prepare and serve meals, snacks, and beverages including alcohol while practicing highest hygiene standards
