The role involves projecting a positive attitude while performing duties according to FAA regulations. Attendants respond to emergencies, provide medical assistance, and serve meals and beverages to passengers. They also handle payments and answer customer questions throughout the flight.

Requirements

Responsibilities
- Ensure the safety and comfort of customers by providing every customer with the very best service on our aircraft.
- Project and maintain a positive attitude and composure.
- Perform all work activities in accordance with established standards, policies, laws, and regulations, including Federal Aviation Administration regulations.
- Respond effectively during emergency situations and provide emergency medical assistance such as CPR and basic first aid.
- Prepare and serve meals, snacks, and beverages while receiving and processing payments.
- Provide customer service assistance including lifting and stowing luggage into overhead bins.
- Answer customers’ questions and provide assistance to unaccompanied minors, the elderly, and individuals with special needs.
- Effectively communicate verbally while making public address announcements and performing safety demonstrations.
