Breeze is looking for “Seriously Nice” Part Time Flight Attendants for our CHS Crew Base. Flight Attendants act as the face of the Company by embracing Breeze’s Five Core Values – Safety, Kindness, Integrity, Ingenuity, and Excellence.

Flight Attendants provide an exceptional Guest experience by warmly welcoming Guests onto the aircraft and aiding in seating, luggage stowage, and additional requests. They remain positive, kind, and empathetic while maintaining a safe cabin environment. They stay approachable by monitoring the cabin regularly and remain flexible with changing schedules.

Team Members collaborate and problem-solve together, communicating effectively and showing respect. They mitigate high-stress situations, demonstrate good judgement, and uphold professional appearance guidelines. Flight Attendants prepare and serve meals, snacks, and beverages while maintaining highest hygiene standards.

Training is paid, with initial issuance of luggage and uniform provided by Breeze. Eligible for 401K benefits after 90 days and travel benefits on Breeze network after 30 days. Pay rates start at $25 per hour, progressing up to $37.50 by year 8 with a monthly guarantee of 37.5 flying hours.

Requirements

  • Must live within a two-hour driving distance from Charleston International Airport
  • Interview and be selected to become a Part Time Breeze Flight Attendant
  • Successfully complete initial Flight Attendant training
  • Stay current and compliant with FAA regulations, company procedures, and training requirements
  • Demonstrate personal responsibility by being punctual, timely, and proactive
  • Uphold professional appearance and etiquette guidelines both in and out of the cabin
  • Comfortable working in tight quarters and using Breeze’s Inflight technology
  • Capable of controlling personal and emotional responses and acting appropriately under pressure

Responsibilities

  • Provide an exceptional Guest experience by warmly welcoming Guests onto the aircraft and aiding in seating assignments, luggage stowage
  • Remain positive and kind, ensuring Guests feel valued and appreciated while acting with empathy
  • Maintain a safe work environment for Guests and Team Members
  • Remain calm under pressure and mitigate high-stress situations
  • Effectively communicate, collaborate, and show respect for other Team Members
  • Prepare and serve meals, snacks, and beverages including alcohol while practicing highest hygiene standards
  • Provide instruction including emergency and evacuation procedures to Guests
  • Administer first-aid and medical care if required in an emergency
