Provide an exceptional Guest experience by warmly welcoming Guests onto aircraft and aiding in seating, luggage stowage, and information requests. Remain positive, kind, and empathetic while monitoring the cabin and staying available for assistance. Prepare and serve meals, snacks, and beverages including alcohol with highest hygiene standards.

Maintain a safe work environment and remain calm under pressure to mitigate high-stress situations. Effectively communicate, collaborate, and show respect for other Team Members. Demonstrate personal responsibility by being punctual, timely, and proactive.

Successfully complete paid initial Flight Attendant training and become part of an awesome cross-functional team. Enjoy travel benefits on Breeze after 30 days and other airlines after six months. Eligible for 401K after 90 days with pay rates increasing from $25 to $37.50 per hour.

Requirements

  • Must live within a two-hour driving distance from Raleigh-Durham International Airport
  • Monthly Minimum Guarantee is 70 hours
  • Interview and be selected to become a Full Time Breeze Flight Attendant
  • Successfully complete initial Flight Attendant training

  • Use good judgement and act as the face of the Company
  • Uphold professional appearance and etiquette guidelines, both in and out of the cabin
  • Capable of controlling personal and emotional responses and acting appropriately under high stress

Responsibilities

  • Provide an exceptional Guest experience – warmly welcome Guests onto aircraft, aid in seating assignments, luggage and garment stowage, or any additional information requested
  • Remain positive and be kind – ensure Guests always feel valued and appreciated; be empathetic and act with humanity
  • Maintain a safe work environment for Guests and Team Members
  • Remain calm under pressure and mitigate high-stress situations
  • Effectively communicate, collaborate, and show respect for other Team Members
  • Prepare and serve meals, snacks, and beverages (including alcohol) while practicing highest hygiene standards
  • Provide instruction, including emergency and evacuation procedures, to Guests
  • Administer first-aid and medical care, if required, in the event of an emergency
