Requirements

  • Service-oriented with a passion for customer service and helping others
  • Ability to project and maintain a positive attitude and composure
  • Knowledge of FAA regulations and ability to comply with all policies and procedures
  • Capable of responding effectively during emergency situations
  • Skilled in providing emergency medical assistance including CPR and basic first aid
  • Strong verbal communication for public announcements, safety demonstrations, and instructions
  • Physically able to lift and stow luggage into overhead bins
  • Preference for candidates living in the region of hiring bases

Responsibilities

  • Ensure the safety and comfort of customers by providing every customer with the very best service on our aircraft
  • Project and maintain a positive attitude and composure
  • Perform all work activities in accordance with established standards, policies, laws, and FAA regulations
  • Respond effectively during emergency situations and provide emergency medical assistance such as CPR and basic first aid
  • Prepare and serve meals, snacks, alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, and process payments for items
  • Provide customer service assistance such as lifting, transporting, and stowing luggage into overhead bins
  • Answer customers’ questions and provide assistance to unaccompanied minors, the elderly, and individuals with special needs
  • Effectively communicate verbally while making public address announcements, performing safety demonstrations, and providing instructions
