The Head of Cabin Crew Training is a senior leadership role responsible for shaping and leading the delivery of Cabin Crew training across the airline. The position provides strategic leadership across safety and service training delivery.
Working closely with training design, innovation, inflight service, and operational stakeholders, the role aligns Safety & Service training with premium standards and evolving customer expectations. It contributes to the evolution of the cabin crew training strategy with a focus on service elevation, premium excellence, and innovation. Training delivery remains scalable, efficient, and capable of sustaining world-class service standards.
The leader governs delivery across initial, recurrent, and enhancement programmes, embedding competence, behaviours, standards, and service rituals. Partnerships shape training frameworks, curricula, and methodologies using delivery insights and customer data. Innovation in tools, technologies, and experiential learning enhances engagement and efficiency.
Instructor capabilities and role-model behaviours reinforce premium standards under clear expectations. Strategic oversight identifies risks, trends, and opportunities for training strategy and investments. Representation at senior governance forums contributes insights on service capability and readiness.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree level education
- Minimum of 12 years’ experience within the airline operation (aviation) industry
- At least 5 years in a senior management role leading teams
- Extensive airline cabin crew experience strongly preferred
- Solid foundation in inflight service delivery and premium service standards
- Experience in customer experience execution
- Proven leadership in safety and service training delivery
- Knowledge of training strategy development and innovation in aviation
Responsibilities
- Shape and contribute to the cabin crew training strategy, aligning with brand positioning, premium service ambition, and customer experience objectives
- Lead and govern delivery of cabin crew training across initial, recurrent, and enhancement programmes
- Translate service strategy into effective training delivery, embedding competence, behaviours, standards, and service rituals
- Partner with Training Design, Innovation, and Service stakeholders to develop training frameworks, curricula, and methodologies
- Drive continuous service elevation through training using delivery insights, operational feedback, and customer data
- Champion innovation in training delivery with new tools, technologies, and experiential learning methods
- Ensure training delivery models support scale, efficiency, and premium service outcomes
- Provide strategic oversight of service training performance and represent at senior governance forums
