Flight Attendants work cross-functionally with awesome Team Members to deliver the mission: “To make the world of travel simple, affordable, and convenient using technology, ingenuity and kindness.” Breeze seeks “Seriously Nice” Part Time Flight Attendants for the MSY Crew Base.
Provide an exceptional Guest experience by warmly welcoming Guests, aiding seating assignments, luggage stowage, and additional requests. Remain positive, kind, and empathetic so Guests feel valued. Monitor the cabin regularly to stay approachable and accommodating.
Maintain a safe work environment for Guests and Team Members while remaining calm under pressure. Effectively communicate, collaborate, and show respect for fellow Team Members. Remain flexible with schedules that may change due to operational, weather, or unforeseen delays.
Successfully complete paid initial Flight Attendant training and stay current with FAA regulations. Progress through pay rates starting at $25/hour with benefits like 401K after 90 days and travel perks after 30 days. Requirements
- Must live within a two-hour driving distance from Louis Armstrong New Orleans International Airport
- Successfully complete initial Flight Attendant training
- Embrace Breeze’s Five Core Values – Safety, Kindness, Integrity, Ingenuity, and Excellence
- Use good judgement and be seriously nice
- Uphold professional appearance and etiquette guidelines both in and out of the cabin
- Stay current and compliant with FAA regulations, company procedures, and training requirements
- Comfortable using, implementing, and explaining Breeze’s Inflight technology
- Capable of controlling personal and emotional responses
Responsibilities
- Provide an exceptional Guest experience by warmly welcoming Guests onto the aircraft and assisting with seating, luggage, and stowage
- Remain positive and kind while being empathetic to make Guests feel valued and appreciated
- Maintain a safe work environment for Guests and Team Members
- Remain calm under pressure and mitigate high-stress situations
- Effectively communicate, collaborate, and show respect for other Team Members
- Prepare and serve meals, snacks, and beverages including alcohol while practicing highest hygiene standards
- Provide instruction including emergency and evacuation procedures to Guests
- Administer first-aid and medical care if required in an emergency
