About this role
NHV Group is a European-based helicopter service provider specialising in business-to-business offshore and onshore helicopter services. As an H175 Co-Pilot, you will execute scheduled offshore energy flights in the safest and most efficient manner, fully complying with aviation regulations and upholding NHV standards.
In your day-to-day role, you will assist the Pilot-in-Command with technical flight preparation, including route planning, fuel calculation, and performance limitations. You will also ensure all pre- and post-flight administration is completed accurately and support the Pilot-in-Command in reporting any incidents post-flight.
You will work alongside the Pilot-in-Command to verify all safety systems and equipment are functioning correctly, while maintaining familiarity with NHV operations manuals, notices to pilots, and relevant air legislation. The team environment emphasises crew discipline, conduct, and a strong awareness of customer service requirements.

Requirements
- UK CPL(H) License privileges - essential
- Valid UK Class 1 Medical - essential
- Valid UK IR (H) Multi Engine privileges - essential
- UK ATPL (H) theory - essential
- MCC certificate - desirable
- 500 total flight hours minimum
- English Proficiency Level 4 minimum
- Must be able to obtain a basic Disclosure Scotland certificate
Responsibilities
- Assisting the Pilot-in-Command with technical preparation of flights including route planning, fuel calculation, performance limitations, and general inspection of the helicopter
- Ensuring all pre- and post-flight administration is completed accurately under the supervision of the Pilot-in-Command
- Assisting the Pilot-in-Command with raising any reportable incidents and issues post-flight via the correct channel
- Conducting pilot duties under the supervision of the Pilot-in-Command while fully complying with all safety rules, requirements, limitations, and SOPs
- Working alongside the Pilot-in-Command to ensure all safety systems and equipment are functioning correctly
- Maintaining a good working knowledge of NHV Ops Manuals, Notices To Pilots, and other related manuals, instructions, and procedures
- Demonstrating a good awareness of customer service requirements and understanding the client's business and needs
