About this role

At easyJet, we take pride in providing a safe, comfortable and easy travel experience, ensuring customers return time and again. Join a young, modern fleet with the latest technology on the flight deck. Innovate to keep operations safe, efficient and sustainable towards becoming Europe’s most loved airline.

easyJet prioritises pilot well-being with preferential bidding, roster swaps for better work-life balance, generous leave and bookable days off. Enjoy complimentary food and drink during flights, free parking and staff travel discounts. Our people embody ‘Orange Spirit’—positive, inclusive, united by purpose.

Exciting opportunities exist for A320 Rated Co-Pilots on permanent seasonal contracts in Alicante, Malaga and Palma de Mallorca, operating 9 months yearly with 3 months off in winter.
