Operate A320 or A330 jets, assisting the Captain in navigation and safe operations. Ensure compliance with aviation regulations during flights. Contribute to showcasing Sri Lanka's hospitality from the flight deck.

Requirements

  • Current ATPL recognized by CAASL with IR
  • Current Type Rating A320 or A330
  • Minimum total of 2000 hours on aircraft with MTOW exceeding 50,000 kilograms, with 500 P2 hours on type (A320 or A330) or combination
  • License and Class 1 Medical current and under one Authority
  • ICAO ELP Level 4 and above
  • Open exclusively to Sri Lankan citizens

Responsibilities

  • Operate A320 or A330 aircraft as First Officer
  • Assist Captain in flight deck operations and navigation
  • Ensure safety and compliance during all flight phases
  • Perform pre-flight and post-flight procedures on type-rated aircraft
  • Manage communications with ATC using ICAO ELP Level 4+ proficiency
  • Execute maneuvers on heavy jet aircraft exceeding 50,000kg MTOW
  • Contribute to crew resource management on A320/A330 fleet
