Requirements

  • Current ATPL recognized by CAASL with IR
  • Current Type Rating A320 or A330
  • Minimum total of 2000 hours on aircraft with MTOW exceeding 50,000 kilograms, with 500 P2 hours on type (A320 or A330) or combination
  • License and Class 1 Medical current and under one Authority
  • ICAO ELP Level 4 and above
  • Open exclusively to Sri Lankan citizens

Responsibilities

  • Operate A320 or A330 aircraft as First Officer
  • Assist Captain in flight deck operations and navigation
  • Ensure safety and compliance during all flight phases
  • Perform pre-flight and post-flight procedures on type-rated aircraft
  • Manage communications with ATC using ICAO ELP Level 4+ proficiency
  • Execute maneuvers on heavy jet aircraft exceeding 50,000kg MTOW
  • Contribute to crew resource management on A320/A330 fleet
