Requirements
- Current ATPL recognized by CAASL with IR
- Current Type Rating A320 or A330
- Minimum total of 2000 hours on aircraft with MTOW exceeding 50,000 kilograms, with 500 P2 hours on type (A320 or A330) or combination
- License and Class 1 Medical current and under one Authority
- ICAO ELP Level 4 and above
- Open exclusively to Sri Lankan citizens
Responsibilities
- Operate A320 or A330 aircraft as First Officer
- Assist Captain in flight deck operations and navigation
- Ensure safety and compliance during all flight phases
- Perform pre-flight and post-flight procedures on type-rated aircraft
- Manage communications with ATC using ICAO ELP Level 4+ proficiency
- Execute maneuvers on heavy jet aircraft exceeding 50,000kg MTOW
- Contribute to crew resource management on A320/A330 fleet
