Flight Attendants warmly welcome Guests, assist with seating, luggage stowage, and information requests. They prepare and serve meals, snacks, and beverages including alcohol, maintaining highest hygiene standards. They monitor the cabin regularly, staying approachable and available for assistance.
Team Members collaborate, communicate effectively, and problem-solve together under pressure. They remain calm to mitigate high-stress situations and maintain a safe environment. Flexibility is key as schedules change due to operational or weather delays.
Attendants demonstrate personal responsibility by being punctual and proactive. They stay current with FAA regulations, company procedures, and training. Opportunities include paid training, progressive pay rates, and travel benefits after initial employment periods.
Requirements
- Must live within a two-hour driving distance from Southwest Florida International Airport
- Interview and be selected to become a Part Time Breeze Flight Attendant
- Successfully complete initial Flight Attendant training

- Use good judgement and be nice in high-stress situations
- Stay current and compliant with FAA regulations, company procedures, and training requirements
- Uphold professional appearance and etiquette guidelines
- Comfortable working in tight quarters and using inflight technology
Responsibilities
- Provide an exceptional Guest experience by warmly welcoming Guests and aiding in seating, luggage stowage
- Remain positive and kind, ensuring Guests feel valued and appreciated with empathy
- Maintain a safe work environment for Guests and Team Members
- Remain calm under pressure and mitigate high-stress situations
- Effectively communicate, collaborate, and show respect for other Team Members
- Stay approachable by monitoring the cabin regularly
- Prepare and serve meals, snacks, and beverages including alcohol while practicing hygiene standards
- Provide instruction on emergency and evacuation procedures and administer first-aid if required
