Breeze Airways seeks "Seriously Nice" Part Time Flight Attendants for the ORF Crew Base. As highly visible Team Members, you ensure Guest safety and comfort while embracing Five Core Values: Safety, Kindness, Integrity, Ingenuity, and Excellence. Deliver the mission to make travel simple, affordable, and convenient using technology and kindness.
Warmly welcome Guests aboard, assist with seating, luggage stowage, and information requests. Remain positive, empathetic, and kind so Guests feel valued and appreciated. Monitor the cabin regularly to stay approachable and accommodating.
Maintain a safe environment for Guests and Team Members amid high-stress situations. Collaborate, communicate, and problem-solve with fellow Team Members cross-functionally. Demonstrate good judgement, punctuality, and professional appearance in and out of the cabin.
Prepare and serve meals, snacks, and beverages including alcohol while upholding hygiene standards. Provide emergency instructions, administer first-aid if needed, and use Breeze’s inflight technology. Remain flexible with changing schedules due to operational or weather delays.
Complete paid initial training with uniform and luggage provided. Gain travel benefits on Breeze after 30 days and other airlines after six months. Progress through pay rates starting at $25 per hour with monthly guarantee of 37.5 flying hours.
Requirements
- Live within a two-hour driving distance from Norfolk International Airport
- Interview and be selected to become a Part Time Breeze Flight Attendant
- Successfully complete initial Flight Attendant training
- Stay current and compliant with FAA regulations, company procedures, and training requirements
- Uphold professional appearance and etiquette guidelines both in and out of the cabin
- Comfortable using, implementing, and explaining Breeze’s Inflight technology
- Capable of controlling personal and emotional responses under pressure
- Comfortable working in tight quarters and maintaining cabin cleanliness

- Provide an exceptional Guest experience by warmly welcoming Guests, aiding in seating and luggage stowage
- Remain positive and kind, ensuring Guests feel valued and appreciated with empathy
- Maintain a safe work environment for Guests and Team Members
- Remain calm under pressure and mitigate high-stress situations
- Effectively communicate, collaborate, and respect other Team Members
- Prepare and serve meals, snacks, and beverages including alcohol while practicing highest hygiene standards
- Provide instruction on emergency and evacuation procedures to Guests
- Administer first-aid and medical care if required in emergencies
