Flight Attendants provide an exceptional Guest experience by warmly welcoming Guests, aiding in seating assignments, luggage stowage, and additional information requests while staying present. They prepare and serve meals, snacks, and beverages including alcohol, practicing highest hygiene standards, and maintain cabin cleanliness in tight quarters. They monitor the cabin regularly to stay approachable and accommodating.
As the face of the Company, Flight Attendants maintain a safe environment, remain calm under pressure, and mitigate high-stress situations. They effectively communicate, collaborate, and show respect for other Team Members, embracing Breeze’s Five Core Values: Safety, Kindness, Integrity, Ingenuity, and Excellence. They demonstrate good judgement, personal responsibility, and professional etiquette.
Flight Attendants stay flexible with changing schedules due to operational or weather delays and remain current with FAA regulations and company procedures. They receive paid initial training, with luggage and uniform issuance covered. Benefits include travel perks on Breeze after 30 days and 401K eligibility after 90 days.
Requirements
- Must live within a two-hour driving distance from Norfolk International Airport
- Interview and be selected to become a Part Time Breeze Flight Attendant
- Successfully complete initial Flight Attendant training

- Stay current and compliant with FAA regulations, company procedures, and training requirements
- Demonstrate personal responsibility by being punctual, timely, and proactive
- Uphold professional appearance and etiquette guidelines both in and out of the cabin
- Comfortable using, implementing, and explaining Breeze’s Inflight technology
Responsibilities
- Provide an exceptional Guest experience by warmly welcoming Guests onto the aircraft and assisting with seating, luggage, and information
- Remain positive and kind, ensuring Guests feel valued, appreciated, and treated with empathy
- Maintain a safe work environment for Guests and Team Members
- Remain calm under pressure and mitigate high-stress situations
- Effectively communicate, collaborate, and show respect for other Team Members
- Prepare and serve meals, snacks, and beverages including alcohol while practicing highest hygiene standards
- Provide instruction including emergency and evacuation procedures to Guests
- Administer first-aid and medical care if required in an emergency
