About this role

Breeze Airways is seeking 'Seriously Nice' Full Time Flight Attendants for our BDL Crew Base to bring 'The World's Nicest Airline' to life. As highly visible Team Members, Flight Attendants are responsible for the safety and comfort of Guests and fellow Team Members.

In this role, you will welcome and accommodate Guests, mitigate high-stress situations, and collaborate with other Team Members using good judgment. You will monitor the cabin regularly, remain approachable, and practice safety conscious behaviors in all situations.

New hires must attend initial Flight Attendant Training at a Breeze Training Academy facility near Salt Lake City, UT, Providence, RI, or other base locations. Training includes per diem and accommodations if outside base city, and all Flight Attendants are paid after successfully completing training.

Requirements

  • Must live within a two-hour driving distance from Bradley International Airport (BDL)
  • Must be able to attend initial Flight Attendant Training within the next three months without interruption
  • Must successfully complete initial Flight Attendant training
  • Must be selected through the interview process
  • Must demonstrate and embody Breeze's Five Core Values: Safety, Kindness, Integrity, Ingenuity, and Excellence
  • Must be able to remain calm under pressure and mitigate high-stress situations
  • Must comply with FAA regulations and company procedures

  • Monthly guarantee of 70 flying hours
  • Pay rate progression from $25 to $37.50 per hour over 8 years
