Working at Breeze Airways brings the World’s Nicest Airline to life through cross-functional teamwork. Breeze seeks Seriously Nice Part-Time Flight Attendants for the new FLL Crew Base. They ensure Guest safety, comfort, and a positive experience while embracing the mission to make travel simple, affordable, and convenient using technology, ingenuity, and kindness.

Flight Attendants warmly welcome Guests, assist with seating, luggage stowage, and information requests while staying available for help. They prepare and serve meals, snacks, and beverages including alcohol, upholding hygiene standards. They maintain cabin cleanliness and galley organization in tight quarters.

Team Members collaborate, communicate effectively, and problem-solve together, showing respect in high-stress situations. They remain calm under pressure, monitor the cabin to stay approachable, and demonstrate personal responsibility by being punctual and proactive. Upholding professional appearance and etiquette is essential both in and out of the cabin.

Stay current with FAA regulations, company procedures, and training while using Breeze’s inflight technology. Breeze provides paid training, initial uniform and luggage, travel benefits after 30 days, and progressive pay rates. Eligible for 401K after 90 days, with a monthly guarantee of 37.5 flying hours.

Requirements

  • Must live within a two-hour driving distance from Fort Lauderdale-Hollywood International Airport
  • Interview and be selected to become a Part Time Breeze Flight Attendant
  • Successfully complete initial Flight Attendant training

  • Use good judgement and act as the face of the Company
  • Capable of controlling personal and emotional responses
  • Comfortable working in tight quarters
  • Stay current and compliant with FAA regulations, company procedures, and training requirements

Responsibilities

  • Provide an exceptional Guest experience by warmly welcoming Guests, aiding in seating assignments, luggage stowage, and additional information
  • Remain positive and kind, ensuring Guests feel valued and appreciated with empathy
  • Maintain a safe work environment for Guests and Team Members
  • Remain calm under pressure and mitigate high-stress situations
  • Effectively communicate, collaborate, and show respect for other Team Members
  • Prepare and serve meals, snacks, and beverages including alcohol while practicing highest hygiene standards
  • Provide instruction including emergency and evacuation procedures to Guests
  • Administer first-aid and medical care if required in emergencies
