About this role
Breeze Airways is seeking "Seriously Nice" Part-Time Flight Attendants for our CAK Crew Base to help bring "The World's Nicest Airline" to life. As one of our most highly visible Team Members, you will be responsible for the safety and comfort of our Guests and fellow Team Members.
In this role, you will welcome and accommodate Guests, mitigate high-stress situations, and collaborate with other Team Members to solve problems. You will use good judgment and embody Breeze's Five Core Values: Safety, Kindness, Integrity, Ingenuity, and Excellence.
You will work cross-functionally with truly awesome Team Members to deliver on our mission: to make the world of travel simple, affordable, and convenient. We rely on you to act as the face of the Company, improving our guests' travel experience using technology, ingenuity, and kindness.
This part-time position offers a monthly guarantee of 37.5 flying hours and requires living within a two-hour driving distance from Akron-Canton Airport. You will have the opportunity to grow with a dynamic airline committed to innovation and exceptional guest service.
Requirements
- Must live within a two-hour driving distance from Akron-Canton Airport
- Ability to attend initial Flight Attendant Training within the next three months without interruption
- Successfully complete initial Flight Attendant training
- Demonstrate personal responsibility – be punctual, timely, and proactive
- Uphold professional appearance standards
- Ability to remain positive and be kind in all interactions
