As a highly visible Team Member, Flight Attendants are responsible for the safety and comfort of our Guests and fellow Team Members.
In your day-to-day role, you will welcome and accommodate Guests, mitigate high-stress situations, and collaborate with other Team Members using good judgment. You will maintain a safe work environment by practicing safety-conscious behaviors and staying compliant with FAA regulations and company procedures.

You will work cross-functionally with truly awesome Team Members and remain flexible as schedules may change due to operational or weather-related delays. Professional appearance and punctuality are expected.
Breeze provides initial Flight Attendant Training at a nearby academy, with per diem and accommodations offered depending on location. Pay rates increase with tenure, starting at $25 per hour and growing to $37.50, reflecting your commitment and experience with the airline.
Requirements
- Must live within a two-hour driving distance from Provo Municipal Airport
- Must attend and successfully complete initial Flight Attendant training within the next three months without interruption
- Candidates may only submit one Flight Attendant application every three months

- Ability to remain calm under pressure and mitigate high-stress situations
- Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills to work effectively with fellow Team Members and Guests

- Hourly pay scale ranging from $25 to $37.50 based on tenure
