Breeze is looking for “Seriously Nice” Part Time Flight Attendants for our MCO Crew Base. Flight Attendants are responsible for the safety and comfort of Guests and fellow Team Members while embracing Breeze’s Five Core Values – Safety, Kindness, Integrity, Ingenuity, and Excellence.

Flight Attendants provide an exceptional Guest experience by warmly welcoming Guests onto the aircraft, aiding in seating assignments, luggage stowage, and offering additional information. They prepare and serve meals, snacks, and beverages including alcohol while maintaining highest hygiene standards and cabin cleanliness. They stay approachable by monitoring the cabin regularly and remain flexible with changing schedules due to operational or weather delays.

Team Members collaborate and problem solve together, communicate effectively, and show respect to perform at their best. They remain calm under pressure, mitigate high-stress situations, and demonstrate personal responsibility by being punctual and proactive. Flight Attendants uphold professional appearance and etiquette guidelines both in and out of the cabin.

Breeze provides paid initial Flight Attendant training and issues luggage and uniform. Part Time Flight Attendants enjoy a monthly guarantee of 37.5 flying hours with pay rates starting at $25 per hour, increasing up to $37.50 by year 8. Benefits include 401K eligibility after 90 days and travel perks on Breeze after 30 days, expanding to other airlines after six months.

Requirements

  • Must live within a two-hour driving distance from Orlando International Airport
  • Interview and be selected to become a Part Time Breeze Flight Attendant
  • Successfully complete initial Flight Attendant training

  • Use good judgement and demonstrate personal responsibility – be punctual, timely, and proactive
  • Stay current and compliant with FAA regulations, company procedures, and training requirements

  • Uphold professional appearance and etiquette guidelines

Responsibilities

  • Warmly welcome Guests onto aircraft and assist with seating assignments, luggage and garment stowage
  • Prepare and serve meals, snacks, and beverages including alcohol while practicing highest hygiene standards
  • Maintain cabin cleanliness and galley organizational standards, working comfortably in tight quarters
  • Provide instruction including emergency and evacuation procedures to Guests
  • Administer first-aid and medical care if required in an emergency
  • Remain calm under pressure and mitigate high-stress situations
  • Monitor the cabin regularly to stay approachable and accommodating
  • Maintain a safe work environment for Guests and Team Members
