They maintain a clean cabin, assist with seating and luggage, and address passenger comfort including system interfaces like telephones and internet. The role demands autonomous action and professional interaction with senior company executives.

Individuals regularly assume leadership roles, coaching and training new recruits with significant impact on team performance and projects. They serve as liaison between passengers and pilot, provide emergency assistance, and influence decisions through specialized advice. Risk assessment emphasizes compliance, ethical judgment, and safeguarding Citigroup's reputation and assets.

Requirements

  • 5-8 years relevant experience
  • Record of training in aircraft emergency procedures including evacuation, smoke and fire, ditching
  • Record of training in in-flight medical emergency procedures including CPR/AED, basic first aid
  • Experience in International Flight Operations
  • Excellent communication and diplomacy skills
  • Good analytical skills to filter, prioritize, and validate complex material from multiple sources
  • Experience assuming informal/formal leadership roles within teams
  • Experience in coaching and training new recruits

Responsibilities

  • Manage cabin services to ensure highest levels of safety, security, and comfort for passengers and crew
  • Ensure cabin safety and emergency equipment are maintained per Citi Aviation standards and government regulations
  • Maintain fluency in aircraft emergency procedures and normal/emergency operation of cabin and galley systems
  • Deliver appropriate passenger briefings per Citi Aviation policy and applicable regulations
  • Coordinate with flight deck crew all cabin activities for safe and efficient flight operations
  • Plan menus, procure and stow catering, prepare and serve meals adhering to food safety guidelines
  • Ensure passenger comfort and cabin system interfaces are addressed satisfactorily
  • Provide appropriate emergency assistance to passengers and crew if required
